Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide your family's jewelry desires as well as the services you expect (and some you don't) from your personal jewelry specialists. We are here to serve you now, and your many generations to follow. Thank you, it's truly our honor.

 

 

 

 

De Lyn Jewelry was founded in 2003 by DeAnna Barley.  The name De Lyn came from DeAnna and her mother, Lynda. 

 

DeAnna is a GIA Diamond Grading Graduate working toward her Graduate Gemologist degree. She is a JA Certified Senior Management Professional. She provides watch and jewelry repairs, custom jewelry, and personal assistance in providing the perfect jewelry for each occassion. DeAnna has been active in the local community and the jewelry industry. She is the Indiana Jewelers Association Vice President, past Chamber of Commerce board member and was elected President in 2000.      www.indianajewelers.homestead.com

        

 

Lynda Durbin is De Lyn Jewelry's designer for all of your custom needs. She is a Jewelers of America Certified Senior Management Professional and past Vice President of Indiana Jewelers Association. Lynda Durbin Designs are exclusively available at De Lyn Jewelry.  Her designs are strong, durable and made to last a lifetime.  Jewelry is made with 18 Karat gold and only the finest gemstones and diamonds available.      

      

Angela O'Neal, daughter of DeAnna, is De Lyn Jewelry's Assistant Manager and is in charge of Advertising & Marketing.  She is an Indiana University Graduate with a degree in Management.
    

The newest member of De Lyn Jewelry is Nancy Trammell.  She is a retired school teacher who is enjoying her retirement by sharing her love of jewelry with others.
    

Additional part time staff includes Ashley O'Neal & Emily O'Neal.
    

On-site bench jewelers are DeAnna Barley, Jim Barley & Chris O'Neal. Jeweler in training, Jared James O'Neal.

We stay current with Diamond Promotion Services as well as several fashion magazines including Vogue, InStyle and Indianapolis Monthly.
We are current and/or past members of Indiana Jewelers Assocation, Jewelers of America, Rediscover Historic Martinsville, Jewelers Board of Trade, Martinsville Chamber of Commerce, Networking Business Women, Habitat for Humanity, Habitat for Humanity Women Build, Downtown Merchant's Association, Toastmasters, Morgan County Leadership Academy, and Eastern Star.

 

 

  De Lyn Jewelry offers fine watches, diamonds, gemstones-from common to exotic from all over the world, 18K yellow/white gold, 14K yellow/white gold, platinum, titanium and fine sterling silver. We offer alternatives such as annodized steel, neoprine (rubber), leather jewelry as well as silk/corded pendants and bracelets. The latest designs and jewelry fashions are arriving on an ongoing basis. Additionally, De Lyn Jewelry provides giftware, crystal, silver trays, traditional and non-traditional jewelry boxes, leather goods, engravable jewelry/clocks & gifts, and customized charms. "While-You-Wait" Jewelry Cleaning
Complimentary stone checking, jewelry cleaning and polishing. No appointment needed. It's our pleasure to make sure your diamonds/gemstones are securely set to prevent loss or further damage. Providing your stones are tight and there isn't any prong damage, we'll gladly use a high luster buffing compound and buffing wheel to remove/reduce scratches & bring the shine back to your gold, silver or platinum. Then, we use a heated ulta-sonic (certain gemstones cannot be submitted to the ulta-sonic) for a short soaking to remove any soap/lotion build up under your stones & under the ring. It's then brushed with a soft bristle brush. After rinsing well with warm water, a high powered steamer is used to forced any left over debris remaining on your ring. We dry it off and hopefully you are amazed and pleased. Again, it's our pleasure & there is no charge.
